| Marine Debris Survey at the Pacific Northwest |
On March 22, 2015, we went to Ocean Shores (0.5 mile south of the Elk Creek River) for another marine debris research survey. As we were picking up Asian and local trash, we bumped into a nice couple and their two dogs. They were interested in what we were doing and asked us if we had extra garbage bags, which we did. By the end of our suvey, we ran into them again. While they were not able to find any Asian marine debris, they helped us pick up local trash. |
